WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE? HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?
Currently, most of our packages are sent via ground shipping either through Fedex, DHL or other carriers in your region. If the final amount of your order exceeds $70, you will qualify for free shipping upon checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. We currently offer three types of shipping service, Standard, Expedited and 2 Day Expedited. Our warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm and orders are fulfilled on the next business day after an order is received. Below are approximate times for delivery (business days only): Standard (5-7 days), Expedited (3 days), 2 Day Expedited (2 days) and International Standard (7-15 days).

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
Most of Makartt's nail products are returnable, with the exception of volatile products such as primers and dehydrators. Other products including face masks, tops, bottoms, totes & bags and other clothing accessories are currently also unreturnable.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
If you would like to request for a return, please review our return policies below for Makartt.com purchases. Products must be returned in new condition, without damages to the seal. Makartt monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Makartt in all instances. Makartt Miles and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Makartt's discretion.
Makartt.com purchases can be easily returned for free if your reason for return is accepted. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed after your products are received in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Returns are allowed on orders placed within the last 30 days. Items purchased on Makartt.com may not be returned, and will not be refunded, more than 30 days after the purchase date. Above return policies only apply to orders placed on Makartt.com or CA.Makartt.com after November 1st.
