We suggest you to contact Amazon directly if your orders was fulfilled by Amazon, please follow the below steps to open the return request through Amazon:
1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the product and, upon verification of the issue, offer a replacement or refund.
1.2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

2.2. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the product(s) you are returning, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
2.3. Tracking and Confirmation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product and retaining proof of shipment. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the status of your return and process the refund accordingly.
3.1. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition and compliance with our return eligibility criteria.
