Generally, all Makartt electronic products purchased through the Makartt Official Website are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and quality-related issues under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or other non-manufacturing causes is not covered.

In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If your purchase does not meet your expectations within this period, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll be happy to help you find the best solution.


Returned Product Conditions

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, all returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included.
  • Gel nail polishes, gels, liquids, and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Shipping Policy

Please note the following:

  1. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  2. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are generally not accepted unless covered under the Limited Warranty.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package, any additional shipping, return, customs, or disposal fees incurred will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
  5. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Warranty Replacement

Within the warranty period:

  • Replacement products will be provided for confirmed manufacturing defects.
  • Makartt may request photos, videos, or troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.
  • In certain cases, Makartt may request the defective product to be returned for quality inspection before processing a replacement or refund.
  • If a return is required, Makartt will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement for reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Do not expose the product to water or excessive moisture.
  • Keep the product out of reach of children.
  • Users under the age of 18 should operate the product under adult supervision.
