If you would like to request for a return, please review our return policies below for Makartt.com purchases. Products must be returned in new condition, without damages to the seal. Makartt monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Makartt in all instances. Makartt Miles and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Makartt's discretion.

Makartt.com purchases can be easily returned for free if your reason for return is accepted. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed after your products are received in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Returns are allowed on orders placed within the last 30 days. Items purchased on Makartt.com may not be returned, and will not be refunded, more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Above return policies only apply to orders placed on Makartt.com or CA.Makartt.com after November 1st.
We are currently unable to accept returns for orders placed on EU.Makartt.com. Makartt and its subsidiaries implement high standards of quality in our manufacturing process, however, if you believe you have received a faulty product, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of product issue and we'd be happy to send you a replacement at no cost.
