Returns & Refunds

 

All sales on Makartt.com are final. Makartt does not issue any returns or exchanges on any of our products. 

If you would like to request for a return due to any other reason, please review our return policies below for Makartt.com purchases. Makartt monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Makartt in all instances. Makartt Miles and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns and refunds are subject to validation and approval at Makartt's discretion.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can request to return the item back to us for a full refund on the item within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. There is a $5 / return processing fee that will be deducted from your order price. All returns are subject to Makartt's discretion and insufficient information may result in a longer processing time or rejection of return request.

Returns may take up to 90 days to process and any refunds issued can only be issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that you have received a damaged product, please contact us at info@makartt.com or call us at +1 (855) 981-9198 and our customer service teams can help you request for a replacement, free of charge, at Makartt's discretion.

WARRANTY

Makartt.com offers warranty coverage of up to 1 year from the date of purchase on all of our nail curing lamps and nail drills. In order to file a warranty claim, please contact us at info@makartt.com with your original order number and a customer service representative can assist you with filing a warranty claim.

We are unfortunately unable to help you claim for a warranty filing if you do not have the original order number.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer gift returns or exchanges for returned products at this time.

REFUNDS

In the event of a refund, all funds will be returned to the original payment method you used to place your order. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
