Return Eligibility

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: certain items are non-returnable, including mystery boxes, limited edition releases, and clearance items. These exclusions are always clearly stated on their product pages at the time of purchase.

Helpful Hint: 

1. We recommend shipping packages back using legal shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for the prepaid shipping costs for the return.

2. If the return is due to the buyer’s personal reasons (such as change of mind, wrong item ordered, or no longer wanted), we do not provide return shipping labels.A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The unauthorized rejection /return is not allowed at the time of delivery, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Review & Approval

Our team will review your request to confirm eligibility. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

  • Return the Item(s)

Follow the instructions to send your item(s) back to the designated return address.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

 

Return Shipping Fees

If your return is not due to a product defect or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Support Team before shipping anything back to avoid delays.

 

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Refund Timeline

Once your return package has been shipped, we will initiate your refund within 3 business days.
