Currently, most of our packages are sent via ground shipping either through Fedex, DHL or other carriers in your region. If the final amount of your order exceeds $50, you will qualify for free shipping upon checkout. (With the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam).
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. We currently offer three types of shipping service, Standard, Expedited and 2 Day Expedited. Our warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm and orders are fulfilled on the next business day after an order is received. Below are approximate times for delivery (business days only):
Standard: 5-7 days
Expedited: 3 days
2 Day Expedited: 2 days

We currently accept payment via Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Since August 2020, we are also an Afterpay Retailer, which allows our customers to pay for their products in 4 monthly installments at 0% interest.
In the event of a refund, all funds will be returned to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please expect 5-7 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.
You can choose to register an account or place an order as a guest. Having an account on Makartt.com automatically enrolls you into Makartt Miles, our rewards program. By logging into your account, you can also track your order information.

If you'd like to cancel or change an order, including information related to an order (e.g. shipping address, phone number, contact information), you can do so before shipments are released to your carrier. Generally, most packages are released to your carrier after 24 hours of a placed order, so if you'd like to make a change, please e-mail us at info@makartt.com before 24 hours and our customer service representatives will let you know if you can still change, cancel or update your order.

Unfortunately at this moment, we are unable to accept any returns and all sales are final. Makartt and its subsidiaries implement high standards of quality in our manufacturing process, however, if you believe you have received a faulty product, please e-mail us at info@makartt.com with a photo of product issue and we'd be happy to send you a replacement at no cost.
